  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • In rare cases of high order volume or unforeseen delays, processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times:
  • Domestic (India): 2–7 business days
  • International (US & other countries): 7–15 business days
  • Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, courier disruptions).

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.
  • You can also log into your IndiaBasket account to track your order status.

4. Delivery Areas

  • We currently ship across India and selected international locations, including the United States.
  • If your address is outside our delivery zones, our team will contact you to arrange alternatives.

5. Delivery Issues

  • IndiaBasket is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customers may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if items are damaged, defective, or missing.
  • Claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

7. International Shipping (US Clients)

Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are not included in the product or shipping price. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

International shipping times may vary depending on customs clearance in your country.
